Some goals, tasks and solutions for green growth are not immediately integrated into socio-economic development plans and public investment plans, resulting in a lack of synchronization and a lack of resources for implementation in local ministries and branches.

The Prime Minister requested to build a mechanism to monitor, evaluate and report on the implementation of the green growth strategy;
