Virgin Media O2 recorded through research that 71% of UK respondents wanted to retaliate against scammers, but did not want to waste time doing so.
They teamed up with YouTuber Jim Browning (specialized in scam detection) to train the chatbot.
Daisy combines several AI models in the task of listening and responding to fraud calls.
